Respiflo FS is a respiratory exercising system which has been constructed with scientific way in order to help you achieve the sustained maximum inhalation (SMI).

The ability of sustained maximum inhalation is particularly important for your good health. Deep breaths make the small airbags of your lungs lilate and help in the purification of air passages from mucus. This, in turn, may help to prevent accumulation of fluid in your lungs.

As a rule, we take many deep breaths every hour-usually without realizing it. These breaths are spontaneous and automatic and arise in the form of sigh or yawn.

However, in some cases, the pattern of normal breathing can change. For example, when you feel pressure on your chest or your belly your breathing tends to be shallow and deep breaths are suppressed in an efort to minimize the pain. In these cases, it is crusial to try to restore your normal breathing pattern-despite any discomfort you may feel. If you take deep breaths, that you usually would suppress, potential respiratory complications will be prevented.
